stayed at a few hotels in Kaprun but Vaya's hospitality and amazing food really stood out. Free skibus made getting to the slopes easy and the wellness facilities were top-notch.

I was satisfied with the hotel facilities including the ski room, bar in the basement, and ample parking. Staff were very helpful in guiding me around transportation in this city and to the nearby attractions of Kaprun. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and breakfast had a good variety of options.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is very close to the ski resort and the staff was really friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

There were a few small issues such as the lack of mini-bar in the room and no transportation to the ski resort as promised. the pool area was quite noisy and not very relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay here! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection for breakfast and excellent evening menus. The wellness center, especially the swimming pool and steam bath, was very nice and relaxing. Our room was nice and comfy, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The location was quiet and green, and there was a big parking lot available. we were very impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided.

This place is highly recommended for families.

The food was very good, and we enjoyed the afternoon snack. , the view from our room was beautiful with a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel was conveniently located just a minute from the bus stop, which made it easy to get around.

The walls between the rooms were thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking. The floor in the wellness area was also very slippery, so be sure to bring rubber-soled shoes.
